Shiv Pandit on the response for his web series Sutliyan
For me, when I started working in this industry, I was always figuring out what is my next project. So, in the beginning only, I figured out that my responsibility as an actor is towards two people, and they are the audience and the producers who are putting their heart and soul and money into making such a project. So, I try to do different projects. My producers should be proud that they have worked with me in a project.
Shiv Pandit on what made him say yes to the project
I said yes to the project because if you see my filmography, I have never done a family-oriented film. I have been part of action films, I have been part of thriller, and I have played a negative role, but I have never done a family-oriented film. As an actor when you get different roles, you can use those opportunities to figure out new aspects of yourself as a performer. Whether the audience will like it or not, it's their call, but you should keep exploring yourself as an actor. An actor can be limitless if he allows himself to be. That's why I said yes to the project.
Shiv Pandit on his acting journey in the Industry
It is very important to be a working actor because it's only your work that brings you the next opportunity to work. I think one thing which most actors in this industry forget is that they start comparing with each other. But people should realize that everybody has their own journey and everyone's destiny is different from each other. So often people get caught in the tapping of comparison.
