MUMBAI: Nargis Fakhri was last seen on the big screen in Anupam Kher and Neena Gupta starrer Shiv Shastri Balboa. The film didn’t make a great mark at the box office, but received a lot of positive reviews. It was kind of a comeback for Nargis in Bollywood as the actress’ last theatrical release was the 2019 starrer Amavas and her movie Torbaaz received an OTT release in 2020 during the pandemic.
TellyChakkar recently interacted with Nargis and when asked about exploring OTT, the actress said, “Yes, of course! I am planning to explore everything. This is the year of no boundaries whether it’s me playing a maid who murdered her husband or it's me having to be a spy and dress up as a man.”
When further asked about her upcoming projects and if her fans have to wait for another three years, the actress said, “No, they don’t have to wait. Things are happening, but I cannot tell you.”
Well, reportedly Nargis will next be seen in the Telugu movie Hari Hara Veera Mallu which stars Pawan Kalyan in the lead role. Directed by Krish, the movie will be getting a pan-India release.
Nargis made her Bollywood debut with Imtiaz Ali’s Rockstar, and she received mixed reviews for her performance in it. Later, she was seen in movies like Madras Café, Main Tera Hero, Azhar, Housefull 3, Dishoom, and others.
