From 2015 to 2016, she portrayed the lead role of Ragini Gadodia in Colors TV's Swaragini - Jodein Rishton Ke Sur opposite Namish Taneja. She is also known for her roles in Karn Sangini, Pehredaar Piya KI.
In 2019, Prakash portrayed Mishti Khanna in Voot's Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka opposite Kunal Jaisingh. In 2020, she participated in Colors TV's Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 10.
Currently, she is seen in the Bigg Boss 15 House.
Tejasswi is waiting for the release of her Marathi movies which are Rohit Shetty and Vihan Suryavanshi's "School College Ani Life" and Sanket Mane’s "Man Kasturi Re".
