Fitness mantra?
Eat healthy food and in right proportion.
Abs are necessary?
I don’t think so. Core is important. If you work on your core, it automatically helps to maintain your abs.
Current workout routine?
From the last three months I have been lifting heavy weights in the gym.
Diet chart?
In the morning - A litre of water, tea-biscuits, oats with banana and my protein scoop. I prefer to eat five meals a day i.e.
First meal - Chicken, asparagus, iceberg vegetables, mushroom, broccoli
Second meal – 6 to 7 egg-white omelettes, brown rice, asparagus, mushroom
Third meal – Sweet potatoes and after that gym training I have protein scoop
Fourth meal- Chicken, asparagus, mushroom, iceberg vegetables
Fifth meal- Again 4 to 5 egg-white omelettes
Ever taken supplement to lose or gain weight?
No. But I have my protein shake twice a day.
What would you recommend for a quick 20-to-30-minute workout?
Functional training under proper guidance and running.
How do you stay motivated?
Bruce Lee as a person impressed me the most. As an actor, I believe in giving my best to life.
How much do you weigh right now?
70 kgs.
Your cheat food?
I don’t really do that. Sometimes cake and ghar ka khana.
Which body part are you proud of and why?
I can’t pick any. I am proud of my entire body.
What time do you work out?
Evening.
Do you ogle at hot bods in the gym?
Not really. (Laughs)
Gym attire?
Loose tank tops, shorts, tights inside and Nike shoes.
Your gym buddy?
Music. I like to listen deep house music while weight lifting and while running I prefer country music.
