Eat healthy and workout daily.
Abs are necessary?
No, abs are not necessary. Health and fitness are important.
Current workout routine?
Daily workout, gym for 2 hours and 45 minutes cycling.
Diet chart?
I don’t follow any diet chart. Three to four (healthy) meals in a day and protein shake is my diet.
Ever taken supplement to lose or gain weight?
No. I don’t use any supplement.
What would you recommend for a quick 20-to-30-minute workout?
10 min of cardio, 10 min of circuit workout and five minutes stretching exercise.
How do you stay motivated?
To look perfect and see myself as fit everyday keep me motivated.
How much do you weigh right now?
78 kg.
Your cheat food?
I am not fond of junk food. So...no cheat food.
Which body part are you proud of and why?
I don’t count any particular part. I am proud of my entire body.
What time do you work out?
Morning. (If I am shooting then whenever I get time)
Do you ogle at hot bods in the gym?
No, never.

Track pants, Full sleeves t shirts or sandos and Nike shoes.
