My past health issues motivate me to stay fit: Aishwarya Sakhuja

Hot and gorgeous Aishwarya Sakhuja has left no stone unturned keeping the audience entertained by her fabulous performances in shows like Saas Bina Sasural, Main naa Bhoolungi and more recently in Nach Baliye. The super charming actress shares some fitness tips with Tellychakkar.com.

Fitness mantra?

Eat healthy.

Abs are necessary?

I don’t think so.

Current workout routine?

I have been dancing nowadays for 4 hrs.

Diet chart?

In the morning, I have soaked methi dana water, 2 big cups milk along with almonds and egg whites. For lunch, I prefer homemade food like sabzi and dal. These days I am also having daliya pulav. For dinner, it is rotis and chicken.

Ever taken supplement to lose or gain weight?

Never.

What would you recommend for a quick 20-to30-minute workout?

20-to-30-minutes of swimming and running is a great regime.

How do you stay motivated?

I think my past health issues helps me stay motivated.

What is your greatest fitness achievement so far?

I have achieved it all in Nach Baliye (smiles).

How much do you weigh right now?

57kg.

Your cheat food?

Nothing as particular, I eat right for all six days.... cheat once a week.

Which body part are you proud of and why?

My legs, because they are strong and I get compliments for it quite often.

What time do you work out?

Evening.

Do you ogle at hot bods in the gym?

(Laughs) No.

Gym attire?

Fitted track pants and colourful jerseys.

Your gym buddy?

I don’t have a gym buddy but sometimes Rohit (Nag) joins me.
