Cool dude Ravi Shaw, who is currently playing the male lead in Zee Bangla's Radha, is a fitness freak. Being an actor of daily soaps, he is left with very little time to maintain his fitness.
However, the lad somehow manages time from his hectic schedule so that he can worship his health…after all health is wealth.
In an exclusive conversation with Tellychakkar.com, the actor spoke about his fitness mantra. Read on-
When we asked what fitness means to him, he said, “Fitness to me is not being better than someone else, it’s being better than what I used to be.”
“Maintaining fitness is tough, though I try to eat healthy protein and less of carbs and carry protein bars and shake at the same time,” added the actor.
When you do not get the time to visit the gym, how do you manage? He replied, “It’s hard to get ample time for workout sessions while working in daily soaps but still where there is a will there is a way and somehow I find my way to the gym.”
The actor shared that his fitness idols are Akshay Kumar and Greg Plitt. And when we asked him to name the fittest actor and actress of T-town, the lad did not name anyone but answered wittily, “I have no idea about the fittest actor and actress in Bengal. For the time being, it’s me and Radha (Amila Sadhukhan, his co-actor in Radha).
