Money can buy everything in the world?
No.
Virtue or vice?
Virtue.
First pocket money?
10 rupees. I took the money from my parents to have the ‘Fountain Pepsi’ from a shop beside our school with my friends.
First salary?
It was a cricket bat. I earned it while working for a popular serial titled ‘Ekushe Paa’. Directed by Raja Dasgupta, it was a path breaking serial back then. I was 6-7 years-old at that time and played the younger version of Neel Mukherjee.
Most expensive buy?
My car.
Do you believe in charity?
Of course, I do because I believe the more you give the more you get.
Do you ever gamble?
Never tried but if I ever visit any casino I might gamble...well actually I haven’t thought about it!!!
Have you ever stolen money?
No.
Have you ever bought a lottery ticket?
No.
Do you invest?
Yes, I invest on bank and insurance.
How much have you saved till now?
(Laughs) Of course, I am not going to reveal that!
Spendthrift or a miser?
I am a spendthrift. But I never spend more than what I earn. I usually spend money on gadgets and my latest buy is a digital SLR camera.
Dream bank balance figure?
I do not aim to be a millionaire but I want an amount where I could be in luxury and also have my mental peace.
