MUMBAI: Actor Aamir Khan is one of the celebrities who has avoided the spotlight in their personal lives. However, in terms of his personal life, Aamir seems to have changed track. After spending thirty years fully devoted to his career, the actor stated that he now prioritizes his family.
In a 2.0 version with actor Rhea Chakraborty, the 3 Idiots actor revealed that he has become closer to his kids and that, despite their divorces, both of his ex-wives are still very much a part of the family. Aamir recently responded to a question on whether he would consider getting married a third time. He is very friendly and kind with both of his ex-wives, Reena Dutta and Kiran Rao.

Rhea asked Aamir about marriage and whether she should get married after pointing out how the concept of marriage has evolved. The actor said in fun, “I have had two unsuccessful marriages, so don’t ask for marriage advice from me.” He added, “I don’t like living alone, I need a partner. I am not a loner, I like companionship. I am very close to both my ex-wives Reena and Kiran, we are like one family. Life is unpredictable, so how can we trust it? So marriages working depends from person to person.”
When Rhea subsequently enquired about Aamir Khan's plans to tie the knot for a third time, the actor said, “I am 59 now, where will I get married again, mushkil lag raha hai (looks difficult). I have so many relationships in my life right now, I have reconnected with my family, my kids, etc. I am very happy just being with people who are close to me. I am working towards being a better person.”
Aamir talked about how much Laal Singh Chaddha's failure affected him and how he is attempting to re-create himself in this 2.0 avatar. Regarding his career, Aamir Khan's next project is Sitaare Zameen Par.
