MUMBAI: Bollywood is set to witness a fresh wave of romantic musical drama with the upcoming heartwarming love story between Vikrant Massey and Shanaya Kapoor in Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan. Amid the film’s growing buzz, the makers have unveiled the second poster, featuring Vikrant and Shanaya capturing the essence of playful, lighthearted love. With blindfolds on, the new on-screen duo is seen riding a bicycle Vikrant’s hands in the air, and Shanaya embracing the thrill of a carefree, free-spirited romance.
The film’s second poster offers a glimpse into the heartfelt chemistry between Vikrant and Shanaya, set against a scenic backdrop that deepens the film’s warm, nostalgic vibe. Following the release of the first poster, this new look has further amped up excitement among cinephiles. Additionally, the makers also unveiled the teaser of the film's title track, offering a heartfelt peek into the full song. Sung by Jubin Nautiyal, the song's lyrics and composition is looked after by Vishal Mishra. With Kumar Gaurav Singh playing music assistance, the production is handled by Kandarpa Kalita and Bitupon Boruah. In addition to them, Trihangku Lahkar is at the helm for recording, mixing and mastering.
As the story unfolds through chance encounters, the flutter of first love, shared glances, exchanged smiles, heartbreaks, and betrayal, the emotions are beautifully heightened by Vishal Mishra’s evocative musical score. The recently released first song, Nazara, captures the innocence and purity of young love.
Audiences have long been waiting for a film that revives the magic of the OG romantic era, retold in a modern-day language. Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan seems poised to deliver just that.
