Bajrang Aur Ali

MUMBAI: In the history of Hindi cinema there have been many movies that had some burning and controversial topics like The Kashmir Files, The Kerala Story, Aakhir Palaayan Kab Tak, Ram Teri Ganga Maili, and many more. Joining the list of such movies is ‘Bajrang aur Ali’, a movie that will make you think about brotherhood and friendship beyond the identity of religion.

How they overcome and help each other in the most crucial times of their life has been showed in a way that will open up everyone’s eyes to the realization of how humanity, social harmony are above religion and it’s required for unity amongst all, which is the need of the hour.

Bajrang, played by Jayveer, has also contributed to writing the story and the script of the movie. Also, he is the director of this movie. Surely the screenplay of the movie will make you get lost in the world so well, in the end, you will end up with more respect for the talent.

Jayveer’s skills show a lot of potential as he successfully evokes a lot of emotions and he does it with so much maturity. This isn’t just the matter with acting but the same goes with writing and directing the movie as well. His immense hard work in all three departments reflects brilliantly on screen and turns it into an immensely watchable and enjoyable film.

On the other hand, Ali, played by Sachin Parikh has also given a mature performance and really compliments the character of Bajrang with equal ease. When watching the performances of Jayveer and Sachin, playing Bajrang and Ali respectively, as friends belonging from different religious backgrounds, it feels that the actors have really nailed it with their performances so well that they are irreplaceable.

'Bajrang Aur Ali' is a unique film which seamlessly blends entertainment with the significance of human values without getting preachy. This film deserves to be watched on the big screen as it is not just another film but it’s an experience which will linger on your mind long after you leave the cinema halls.

Tellychakkar gives this movie 4/5.
