MUMBAI: The SSR death probe led the ED to the drug chats between Rhea and Jaya, which then led to the arrest of Rhea and Showik and exposed the drug business in Bollywood.
Since the last few days, many big names have cropped up in the drug case, which has shocked the entire nation and the Bollywood industry.
There have been major developments in the case. Deepika confessed to her chats with her manger Karishma Prakash. Sara Ali Khan admitted that she was in a relationship with SSR but denied taking drugs.
On the other hand, Shraddha confirmed being at the party but denied consuming drugs, and Rakul Preet Singh confessed that Rhea was procuring and consuming drugs and she has nothing to do with it, but she confirmed the chats with her.
As per Times of India, the NCB will be looking into the financial details of Deepika, Rakul, Sara, and Shraddha.
The NCB is already investigating the credit card transactions that have taken place in the last three years as they want to see if any money was used in the Bollywood drug nexus.

The agency has already recorded the statement of the actresses and SSR’s ex-manager and talent managers Shruti Modi and Jaya Saya respectively.
Let’s not forget that the NIA too has joined the investigation to see whether any money involved in the drug nexus is a threat to the nation and whether it is being supplied for terror.
On the other hand, Rhea and her brother Showik, SSR’s staff Samuel Miranda, Dipesh Sawant, and Dharma Production’s aide Kshitij Prasad have been arrested by NCB under the NDPS act.
The NCB has been given six months to file the charge sheet in the drug cartel case, and more summons are expected to be sent to the biggies of Bollywood.
