MUMBAI: Salman Khan is undoubtedly one of the most loved superstars, enjoying a massive fan base across the nation. While he is known for his on-screen persona, the audience also admires him for his kind and helpful nature. There have been numerous examples of his generosity, and another instance came to light when Aamir Khan revealed how Salman Khan helped him secure the title for his film Dangal.

When superstar Aamir Khan attended a press conference, he shared an incident about how Salman Khan was the reason he managed to get the title for his film Dangal. He said, "There's another thing I need to thank Salman for yaar, is the title Dangal. I don't know do you know that? Kyuki Dangal title script mein likha hua tha. Lekin jab humne pata kiya toh jo rights the woh Puneet ke paas the, Puneet Issar. I knew that Salman is very close to Puneet and I called up Salman on Monday and said, ke yaar mujhe Dangal title chahiye, can you request, can you arrange a meeting between Puneet and Me? Actually Salman called Puneet and said ki unko title chahiye, jabki woh Sultan bana raha hai aur log bolte hai humlog ek dusre se jagda kar rahe hai, same wrestling film hai. Lekin aisa kuch nahi hai, Salman ne actually ne humlog ki help ki, Dangal title milne mey Salman ka bada haath hai, and he called up Puneet and Puneet and I met and Puneet was very sweet."

"He said ki Mai yaar use nahi kar raha hu aaplog use kar lo. And that’s how we got the title Dangal." He added.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Salman Khan is set to return on Eid 2025 with Sikandar, produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and directed by AR Murugadoss.
