MUMBAI: Punjabi singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh sang his well-known songs ‘G.O.A.T.’ and ‘Born To Shine’ on Jimmy Fallon's The Tonight Show. Jimmy Fallon, Diljit, and other social media accounts uploaded several footage of the singer's captivating performances.
Jimmy hails the ‘Lemonade’ singer as "the biggest Punjabi artist on the planet" in an internet video and asks viewers to catch him on his current "Dil-Luminati" tour across North America.

Diljit is also shown in the video, where he is seen performing and raising the roof. He entered the stage wearing traditional garb. A pleated fan, a dazzling watch, and a matching turban completed his Punjabi attire.
To add a twist to his performance, Diljit tweaked the lyrics of 'G.O.A.T' and sang, "Hollywood vich jine stars hai unade vich baitha sardar goriye". The original lyrics referred to Bollywood and Khans.
Following his performances, Diljit paused for a moment and ended with the line 'Mein hun Punjab' from the track 'Ishq Mitaaye' from his film 'Chamkila'.
Jimmy Fallon soon follows him onto the stage, saying, "Come on! That is how you do it!" Diljit rolled his mustache in response.
Previously, Diljit and Jimmy may have exchanged gloves in an amusing promotional reel. The 'Do You Know' singer is also seen teaching Jimmy Punjabi. The amusing video was shot in the US backstage of The Tonight Show.
Diljit also revealed a peek at the show's studio on June 17. He posted pictures with a caption, "The Tonight Show @fallontonight @jimmyfallon @nbc Sound Check Done (sic)."
Diljit Dosanjh's outstanding performances in international concerts have been putting India on the map. He made history by being the first singer from Punjab to perform at Coachella, the world-famous music festival.
Professionally, he received recognition for his role in Imtiaz Ali's 'Amar Singh Chamkila.' He is now getting ready for the theatrical release of 'Jatt and Juliet 3' on June 27.
