MUMBAI: In what could possibly be the blockbuster of 2022, Zoya Akhtar is all set to make a series based on the Archies comics for Netflix. While Zoya is yet to find her Archie, she has found Betty and Veronica. A media portal states that Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan and Boney and Sridevi Kapoor’s Khushi Kapoor are being cast as Betty and Veronica, respectively, in Zoya Akhtar’s adaptation of Archies.
Apparently, Karan Johar was keen on launching Suhana and Khushi, but Zoya has beaten Karan to it.
Other details of the Netflix series are yet to be revealed.
