MUMBAI: The year started with a banger as we got to see a lot of announcements. Now the year is starting to look better with a producer like Sajid Nadiadwala producing some big budget movies that seem like they will do great at the box office.
Sajid Nadiadwala turned a director for Kick starring Salman Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Randeep Hooda and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. He has also produced movies like Tadap, Baaghi, Heropanti 2, Baaghi 2, Bawaal and many more.
However, it looks like the year is going to be great for the producer as he seems to be having a great lineup of movies ahead and some of them are even announced already. If we look at the line up of some movies that Sajid Nadiadwala has in his hands, we should firstly talk about Salman Khan starrer untitled movie which will be directed by the ‘Ghajini’ director AR Murugadoss. The movie is said to be having a budget of Rs 250 Cr approx.
We then look at another one - Housefull 5 which will be starring a list of Big names from the industry like Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Sanjay Dutt, Mithun Chakraborty, Jackie Shroff and many more. While a lot of details about the movie is yet to be revealed, it is said that the budget of this movie is Rs 250 Cr approx.
Later the producer has movies like Baaghi 4 and Sanki in line. While a lot of details are yet to be revealed in case of Baaghi 4, Ahan Shetty and Pooja Hegde will be the main leads of Sanki, which was recently revealed.
We have heard a lot about Kartik Aaryan-Kabir Khan upcoming movie Chandu Champion which has finally wrapped and the actor has moved on to his next project. There is a lot of hype around Chandu Champion while the audience is waiting for its trailer. The cast of the movie, along with Kartik Aaryan, includes Katrina Kaif, Shraddha Kapoor, and Vijay Raaz. The movie is based on the extraordinary real-life story of a sportsman and his spirit of never giving up. The movie is set to release on 14th June this year.
Now talking about Kartik Aaryan, the actor has recently signed up another action thriller movie with Vishal Bhardwaj which will be produced by, none other than, Sajid Nadiadwala. The movie is untitled and a lot of details are yet to be revealed but given the direction experience of Vishal Bhardwaj and the history of performances from Kartik Aaryan’s side, we can expect a lot for sure.
Last but definitely not the least, Sajid Nadiadwala has a project in line which stars the legendary actor Rajinikanth. That’s right, the announcement was made on X (Formerly known as Twitter). It seems that Sajid Nadiadwala is really going to have a great year with such bankable stars and movies with such great potential.
