MUMBAI: Sushant Singh Rajput’s death on June 14 left the nation shocked. The final post mortem report confirmed that the actor died of asphyxia, due to hanging. Mumbai Police is still investigating Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, and has so far, interrogated over 30 people linked to the actor, including Rhea Chakraborty, Sushant’s father KK Singh, his Dil Bechara co-star Sanjana Sanghi, among others.
The investigation is underway and now, Sushant’s Kedarnath producer Prerna Arora has expressed admiration for Mumbai Police’s efforts in investigating his death.

A report in ANI stated Prerna Arora saying, “I'm very happy about how the Mumbai police are handling the investigation into Sushant Singh Rajput's death. This will definitely make all careful of not damaging anyone via rumours.” She further said that people’s images often get ruined on social media due to rumours spread online, but now, with the Mumbai Police investigating and taking strict steps, she feels people will be more careful about spreading rumours. She said that these rumours can also affect one’s mental health and with Mumbai Police taking swift action, people will now refrain from spreading rumours.
She also said that once the Coronavirus situation settles, she wants to write to Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray and thank him for taking strict measures and making it easier for the police to come up with the truth.
Sushant Singh Rajput was cremated at Pawan Hans Crematorium, Mumbai on June 15. Apart from his family members, actors like Kriti Sanon, Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, Ranvir Shorey also attended the funeral
