MUMBAI: With a stream of new and refreshing stories, we now have ‘Khel Khel Mein’. The movie got a lot of attention for its trailer, cast and comedy. The movie is directed by Mudassar Aziz and stars Akshay Kumar, Taapsee Pannu, Vaani Kapoor, Fardeen Khan, Ammy Virk, Pragya Jaiswal, Aditya Seal, and Freddy Daruwala. The poster reveal of the movie got a great response from the audience as it looked like fun. The story is about a group of friends who meet for dinner and slowly start to reveal each other’s secrets.
On the other hand, there's Vedaa, the latest action thriller movie starring Sharvari and John Abraham, directed by Nikkhil Advani. The makers had released the teaser and it had got the audience curious but after the makers dropped the trailer, it got the netizens excited.
Both the movies released on 15th August along with Stree 2. Akshay Kumar was last seen in Sarfira and now he is here with a new comedy drama. Meanwhile, John Abraham has also made us glued to the screen with his brutal and energetic action sequences...this time Sharvari has joined in too.
Akshay Kumar and John Abraham have started in movies together previously but this might be the first time the two actors are going head to head at the box office. Khel Khel Mein has a really good cast and on its opening day, the movie had a collection of around Rs 5.05 Cr net.
Khel Khel Mein got Akshay Kumar fans excited and also loved to watch Fardeen Khan again on big screens. On day 12, the movie collected around Rs 0.73 Cr India nett. When talking about its total nett collection in India, it is around Rs 23.88 Cr. The movie collected around Rs 36.5 Cr worldwide gross.
When it comes to Vedaa, on its opening day, the movie collected around Rs 6.3 Cr. The movie has done better than expected at the box office on opening day.
On day 12, Vedaa collected around Rs 0.38 Cr India nett. This brings it's nett collection in India to a total of around Rs 19.63 Cr. The movie collected around Rs 26 Cr worldwide gross.
