Josh Brolin, Kathryn Boyd welcome daughter Westlyn Reign
Actor Josh Brolin and entrepreneur Kathryn Boyd welcomed their first child together, a daughter named Westlyn Reign Brolin, the actor announced on Instagram on Sunday.
"Dearest Ladies and Gentlemen, I would like to introduce our little girl Westlyn Reign Brolin (Bean)," he wrote of a video showing the newborn sound asleep, reported by media publications.
"Mama Kathryn was stellar during this miracle birth and Bean is a flawless gem through and through. We are blessed to the core and appreciate so much the love and support during this pregnancy from all who have partaken in our journey, directly and/or indirectly," he added.
Brolin, 50, has two other children, Eden, 24, and Trevor, 30, from his first marriage to actress Alice Adair. His second marriage was to actress Diane Lane, with whom he had no children. The latter pair stayed married until 2013.
Boyd, 31, is the creator of Midheaven Denim, a line of jeans for taller women. The 5'11" new mother is also a model and was Brolin's personal assistant before the two became engaged in 2015. The couple married in 2016.
The "Avengers: Infinity War" actor announced the couple's pregnancy on Instagram in May.
"There's a new sheriff in town and she is no bigger than a sweet potato. Hang on to your hats," Brolin captioned the photo slideshow of Boyd showing off her baby bump.

Kim Kardashian says Tristan Thompson will 'never change'
Reality TV star Kim Kardashian West says Canadian basketballer Tristan Thompson, who has cheated on her sister Khloe Kardashian will never change.
The Sunday night episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" took fans inside Thompson's cheating scandal and revealed how Khloe and her famous family reacted in real time.
When photos and videos surfaced of Thompson, 27, getting close to another woman just two days before Khloe, 34, welcomed their daughter on April 12, the mother-to-be was in Cleveland, reported by media publications.
As the news broke, cameras captured Kim, Kourtney (Kardashian), Kendall (Jenner) and Kylie (Jenner) all reacting separately back in Los Angeles, furiously texting one another about it.
"There's (a) video of Tristan making out with a girl last night," said Kim, 38. "Khloe's going to die. She's literally going to go into labour over this.
"I can't even imagine being in Khloe's shoes, just how reckless it all seems - this is really shocking and obviously heartbreaking," added Kourtney, 39. "The whole thing makes me disgusted."
"She kicked him out. He left the house," revealed Kendall, 23. "We're trying to get her to come home."
Kylie, 21, was the one to break the news to her sister, reported by media publications.
"No one had the courage to tell Khloe because we knew she was days away from giving birth," Kylie said.
She added: "We didn't want to stress her out, but we knew that it was the right thing to do. So I'm the one that told Khloe. I didn't want to hurt her feelings, but I felt like she should hear from one of us versus on the Internet."
Finally, Khloe called Kim crying, admitting that she wanted to fly back to Los Angeles but wasn't sure if she could travel so late in her pregnancy.
"You just have to worry about yourself right now and be calm," Kim said.
"I can't be calm," Khloe said. "Not right now."
Kim admitted to feeling "helpless" over the situation as Khloe tried to figure out what she wanted to do and she also said that she had been hearing about even more rumours of Thompson's infidelity.
"Honestly, so many more stories are coming out. So many friends are calling me with so many more things. I told her, ‘What are you going to get out of him? Think about it. You're going to be worried and nervous and have an insecure life, because if he's not faithful now, he'll never change.'
"When one thing comes out you're kind of like, well, okay, maybe the video's old or maybe it's a misunderstanding. Because a picture doesn't always tell the full story. But then two more stories come out. This is just crazy. Now you know it's true," Kim added.
Justin Bieber 'feels something is missing' from life
Pop star Justin Bieber is "feeling something is missing" even though his life is filled with plenty to be grateful for, including his wife, Hailey Baldwin.
"Justin has his up and down days like everyone else," a source close to Bieber told media publications.
"What he struggles with mostly is that he knows he is beyond blessed, but he has days when he feels empty and confused."
"He feels something is missing from his life that can't be bought. It's a missing feeling of happiness, he is very much grateful for his amazing life and especially for Hailey. It's difficult for him that he can't just enjoy everything and feel happy. He has been in treatment for this before," the source added.
The pop singer, 24, who was photographed visibly upset on multiple occasions last month, smiled while walking with his arm around Baldwin during a morning coffee run in Los Angeles last week.
Bieber, who recently shaved his head, was dressed casually in a blue jacket and grey sweatpants. Baldwin, 21, also opted for a low-key look, wearing a pair of black leather pants, a black sweatshirt and a white jacket.

Fans spotted she had wiped her social media account, including her profile picture on Sunday. What was left was only the hashtag of her new single #LoveMadeMeDoIt.
Cheryl has spent months away from the spotlight after becoming a mother to her son Bear, now one.
Her new solo album is much-awaited as she will reportedly sing about her split from Payne, as well as her other exes.
Demi Lovato steps out of rehab, looks sober
Singer Demi Lovato, who is sober since over 90 days, stepped out of rehab here and looked clean and radiant.
It is unclear whether Lovato has been permanently checked out of rehab or merely took a short break from the facility three months after she was admitted following a drug overdose.
Lovato visited the Matsuhisa restaurant in Beverly Hills on November 3, and enjoyed the experience with clothing designer Henry Levy. They smiled and laughed away through the dinner, reported by media publications.
Lovato was in rehab for 90 days. She suffered a drug overdose on July 24, and was hospitalised for 10 days. She went into rehab at the beginning of August.
She also visited a Beverly Hills spa over the weekend.
Why 'A Star Is Born' lost Beyonce, Clint Eastwood
At one point, Beyonce and Clint Eastwood were to be the stars of "A Star Is Born". But then the singer-actress got pregnant and the latter took up another project, says the film's producer.
The film, which marked Bradley Cooper's directorial debut, finally saw Jack and Ally played by Cooper and Lady Gaga.
"There was a moment where that was the best version of the movie and then all of a sudden, Beyonce got pregnant. Do we wait?" Bill Gerber, the film's producer told The Hollywood Reporter.
"She was amazing about all this stuff. She always understood if we were going to take a different direction. And then Clint went off and did another movie," Gerber added.
On the first meeting of Beyonce and Eastwood, Gerber said: "I'm sitting there thinking, aI think I'm watching something historic about to happen,' and then it didn't. It's just the movie business."
Cooper stepped into the role thanks to "timing". Initially, he had passed it because "he felt he was actually a little young to do the movie".
But when it made its way back into his hands for a directorial opportunity, he was happy to hire himself as the actor because he was a little older at (that) point and he felt like he could portray the character better, a the producer told The Reporter.
Gerber said though Cooper didn't have any directing credits under his belt before signing on for "A Star Is Born", he is "no first-time director".
Jenna Dewan kisses new beau in public
Actress Jenna Dewan, who earlier this year broke off her nine-year marriage with husband and actor Channing Tatum, kissed her new beau, actor Steve Kazee as people walked by on a sidewalk in Palm Springs.
The pair was photographed kissing with their arms wrapped around each other, reported by media publications.
They wore coordinated looks. While Dewan, 37, opted for light blue jeans and a black top, Kazee, 43, wore a light denim shirt and black pants. They flaunted black footwear -- Dewan was in heels and Kazee wore loafers.
A source told media publications earlier this week that Dewan and the Tony Award-winning actor have "been dating for a couple (of) months and she's really happy."
The insider said the two have been spending quality time together and are getting closer.
"Jenna is having a lot of fun with Steve. They've been dating for months out of the spotlight and it's becoming more serious," the source said, adding that they have a lot in common.
There is news that Tatum is dating British singer Jessie J.
Irina Shayk feels 'mom guilt' every day
Supermodel Irina Shayk, who shares 19-month-old daughter Lea De Seine with Hollywood star Bradley Cooper, says she is hard on herself as a mother and experiences "mom guilt" every day.
"I'm the mom who's always checking in. "I'm really hard on myself," Shayk told media publications of having mom guilt, which she said she suffers from "every day" just like everybody else.
Her way of dealing with it is to recognise that she is not alone.
"Everyone has it," Shayk said, adding: "Time passes so fast. You just have to try to live in the moment."
"I'm not good, but I'm working on it. You just have to let it go and not be hard on yourself."
Shayk, 32, has made motherhood look easy. Cooper and she welcomed their daughter in March 2017, and just nine weeks after giving birth, the model attended the Cannes Film Festival.
Most recently, she and the "A Star Is Born" actor and director, 43, walked their first Met Gala red carpet together in May, where she wore a gold high-slit ruffle-embellished gown by Versace.
The 32-year-old is not afraid to be open about the fact that her life isn't always as perfect as it looks.
"When I'm not on set, I want to be a regular person because I am a regular person," Shayk told media publications.
"I want to be myself. I don't want to be judged about not looking together," she said. "I wear comfortable shoes. I wear sweatpants. I'm also a human being who wakes up and has a thousand things to do."
Lena Headey hopes 'The Flood' spreads compassion (Lead, correcting headline)
Actress Lena Headey hopes her new film "The Flood" will further the understanding of the immigration crisis around the world and spread a bit of compassion.
In the film Headey plays Wendy, a British immigration officer deciding the fate of an asylum seeker.
"What I hope, personally, is we change 10 minds, or people reconsider how they feel about someone who has lost everything. Or maybe it will grow a bit more compassion, understanding, curiosity or bravery," Headey told media publications.
Helen Kingston's script for "The Flood" draws on real-life stories after her, producer Luke Healy and director Anthony Woodley spent time volunteering in Calais, France, a refugee hotspot.
Headey describes the film as "a really smart take on what's happening."
She said the film deals with its subject matter without preaching or being overtly political. "I think it's a very quiet, strong bit of cinema and it's really honest about what's happening and how we are all responsible for it," added the actress, who is an ambassador for the International Rescue Committee.
Perry's battle with depression inspired her for new song
Singer Katy Perry says she connected with the cover "Waving Through a Window" from Broadway show "Dear Evan Hansen" because of her own battle with depression and "mental isolation".
Perry wrote on Instagram: "On April 29, 2017, I went and saw Dear Evan Hansen on Broadway, and was emotionally transformed forever. In my own life, I've struggled with depression, and like so many, always feeling alone in the battle of wanting to belong.
"That night, I was particularly struck by the song 'Waving Through a Window'. It embodied the mental isolation I sometimes fought."
Katy connected with the song so much, she "jumped" at the chance to record it for a deluxe soundtrack album, reported by media publications.
She concluded: "When my friends Benjpasek and Justin Paul came to me and asked if I would like to re-record this song, not only to help launch the national tour, but to continue the conversation on mental health and all its complexities, I jumped right in.
"I hope this song helps you know that you are not alone, and that I'm waving back at you.
I was a broken woman: Sharon on drugging Ozzy
Television personality Sharon Osbourne said she "drugged" her rocker husband Ozzy Osbourne so he would confess about his infidelities.
The showbiz world was left shocked in 2016 when Sharon kicked her rocker spouse out of their home after finding out about his extra marital alliances with Michelle Pugh.
The former "The X Factor" judge had found out about the affair accidentally, and she quickly set about getting her husband to confess all, reported by media publications.
"I was a broken woman. He sent me an e-mail that was meant for one of his women," the 66-year-old told The Sun.
She added: "Then he took his sleeping pills. I put an extra two in his drink... and asked him everything, and everything came out. He would have never told me the truth, ever. He was ashamed, afraid. I knew how long. I knew who it was.
"I knew what he was thinking and then, you know, you leave."
Sharon and Ozzy, who married in 1982 and have three children together, reconciled not long after, but she was left devastated when she realised Ozzy had not been entirely honest with her.
The Black Sabbath rocker, 69, underwent sex addiction therapy, but later said that he didn't see himself as an addict.

The nineties icons have 'secretly recorded a video message' to be broadcast on bonfire night, according to the Sun, reported by media publications.
The girl group is reportedly ready to embark on an eight-show stadium tour, according to insiders who spoke to Entertainment Tonight.

However, Victoria has shown there's no hard feelings with her former bandmates, and even shared a shot cosying up to Mel C at the Global Gift Gala on Friday.
If the girls finally do decide to fill arenas once more, it will be their first tour since their 2007 Viva Forever reunion. The band last performed together at the opening ceremonies of the London Olympics in 2012.
The Spice Girls shot to fame in 1996 with their hit song "Wannabe", which went on to top charts in 37 countries and the group was also credited with the popularisation of the phrase "girl power", encouraging female empowerment.
Since splitting, the five women behind iconic songs such as "Stop" and "Spice Up Your Life", have all gone on to successful business ventures.
