Foes turn friends when huge money is involved in a transaction. Preity Zinta who had a very public spat with former beau Ness Wadia last year after accusing him of molesting her during on King’s XI matches have now seemed to have patched up with him again. Or atleast pictures say so.

Preity and Ness were spotted sharing the same table at IPL’s auction today. Infact, they just had another team official sitting between them while the auction was being held. While Ness was dressed in his team jersey, Preity chose to wear a bright red top. V Day after effects, we feel. Both were not really seen talking to each other but given the fact that they agreed to come together for their team’s casue and share the same table, one can very well say that all is well. Or is there more to it than what actually meets the public eye?

The controversy broke out in June last year after Preity filed a police complaint alleging that Ness Wadia had molested her during a match inside the stadium on May 30. In a letter written to the police she had said that she said that she was filing a police complaint because she feared her own safety and was paranoid that Ness would directly or indirectly try to harm her in future.”

The case received widespread public interest and police recorded statements of both parties involved but Ness was never arrested.

However, looks like IPL may have just turned Preity and Ness into friends again.
