Though nawab Saif Ali Khan and his to-be begum Kareena Kapoor have been avoiding answering queries on the date of their marriage, the to-be groom’s mother Sharmila Tagore has indicated that the marriage would take place in October. However, she did not disclose the date of the wedding saying that Saif would confirm that.
Earlier, it was reported that Saif and Kareena's wedding would take place on October 16, but later Saif refused to confirm the same. Then Saif said that the wedding would take place in November or December that his mother denied.

Ayesha Sultan (Sharmila), the wife of late Nawab of Pataudi Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi was speaking when she arrived in Bhopal to take part in the first meeting of Aukaf-e-Shahi (Wakf properties) of which her eldest daughter, Saba Sultan, is the custodian.
The meeting was called to discuss the issue of caretaker of 'Rubaat' (guest house situated in holy city of Madina).
Incidentally, Mansoor Ali Khan was the son Iftikhar Ali Khan (eighth Nawab of Pataudi) and Sajida Sultan, the second daughter of the last ruling Nawab of Bhopal.
