MUMBAI: Salman Khan was spotted enjoying the time of his life on Wednesday at an event in Mumbai. Fans became nervous and concerned as a new video of the Bollywood star from the event appeared online. Several footage of the star from the event is already going viral on social media.
Salman Khan can be seen struggling to get out of his seat in the widely shared video. He stands up slowly and extends a warm greeting to Sonali Bendre, who was also present at the occasion, using the back of the sofa as support.
Notably, Salman Khan showed up to the function even though his health wasn't the best. His ribs were injured not too long ago.
However, soon after the video surfaced online, fans rushed to the comments section to express concern for the actor and wished him a speedy recovery. “Our childhood favourites are ageing…so are we! A reminder that nothing remains forever,” one of the fans wrote. “Come on yaar, he is 58. Still, if he manages to look at this, kudos to him,” added another. “Omg. Our favourite is getting old,” a third comment read.
Salman Khan was also seen at the event dancing to the tune "Tera Hi Jalwa" from his movie "Wanted." In addition, he was seen hugging a small fan.
In an emotional moment, he was also seen getting back together with Sonali Bendre. This was their first public appearance together since Hum Saath-Saath Hain was released 25 years ago. Khan additionally supported the eco-friendly idols of Ganesha.
About work, Salman Khan is currently working on Sikandar, his upcoming movie in which Rashmika Mandanna plays the key role. Their on-screen union will be their first in the movie.
Sikandar marks AR Murugadoss's eagerly awaited comeback to the Hindi film industry after an eight-year break following Akira (2016). Salman Khan and producer Sajid Nadiadwala collaborated on hit films like Kick, Judwaa, and Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, and are also reunited for this film.
