Sushant Singh Rajput Death: Ankita Lokhande confirms SSR had no connection with Mahesh Bhatt when they were together

MUMBAI: Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case has taken a new turn after his father KK Singh filed an FIR against actress Rhea Chakraborty. Followed by his former girlfriend Ankita Lokhande too opening up about the late actor claiming that he can never be a depressed person in her interaction with Republic. Now, as per her latest interaction with Times Now, Ankita shared that SSR had no connection with the Bhatts when they were together, followed by reserving her comments about Rhea Chakraborty’s connection with Mahesh Bhatt.

In the snippet shared on the official Twitter account of Times Now, the actress shares of slowly and steadily coming to terms with SSR’s death. When she was quizzed about SSR having any connection with the Bhatt camp, she said, “When I was with Sushant, there was no link connecting him to the Bhatts”. Further when she was quizzed about Bhatt suggesting a psychiatrist to him for his mental well being, the actress shared that she does not know what connection Rhea had with Mahesh Bhatt, so can't comment.

Ankita was seen visiting SSR’s residence in Mumbai after the actor’s death, followed by reportedly visiting his hometown in Bihar to pay her condolences. 

Sushant Singh Rajput passed away on June 14, 2020, reportedly due to suicide at his Bandra residence after he hung himself.
