MUMBAI: Late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case is being investigated by the CBI after the Supreme Court declared its verdict. As the CBI team of investigators is questioning all the people who were present at Sushant Singh Rajput’s home on the day of his demise, it was his cook Neeraj who was questioned first. Now, Times Now reported that the CBI team grilled Siddharth Pithani and Sushant’s cook Neeraj once again, after reconstructing the crime scene. The channel reported that Rajput’s friend Pithani reached the DRDO guest house, where the CBI team is stationed, for another round of questioning earlier this morning.

Siddharth Pithani reportedly reached the location at around 9 AM, this morning, while Rajput’s cook Neeraj arrived in an SUV later. It was also reported that there were inconsistencies in the statements of Neeraj and Pithani that were recorded by the CBI team. As the SIT is investigating the events that occurred on June 13 and June 14 until Sushant Singh Rajput’s mortal remains were found in his bedroom, Siddharth and Neeraj were questioned as they were among the very first people present at the crime scene.
Meanwhile, reportedly, Sushant Singh Rajput’s staff member Dipesh Sawant will also be interrogated by the CBI team in connection to the case. Apart from that, a report in India Today mentioned that the CBI team is likely to summon the late actor’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty for questioning.
