MUMBAI: Sushant Singh Rajput’s death shook not only the industry but the whole nation and an inquiry was demanded to clear out any mysteries surrounding his death. The CBI investigation is underway and several people linked to Sushant, including his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty and Sushant’s flatmate Siddharth Pithani were questioned. There have been speculations as to why there were 2 ambulances present at SSR’s residence on 14th June, the day of his death. Now the ambulance drivers clear the air as to why there were 2 ambulances present.
In an interview with India Today, they said that a second ambulance was called as there was a mechanical issue with the first one. Sahil, who was the driver of the first ambulance, mentioned that the trolley of his ambulance was damaged and hence a second ambulance was called in. The second driver Akshay also confirmed that he had received a call from the police and confirmed that the trolley of the first vehicle was broken.

He also gave his version as to why he had called film producer Sandip Ssingh. His number was visible in the recently leaked phone records of the producer. He clarified that he doesn’t know who Sandip is and had made the call to him for payment. The driver told India Today that the police had introduced Sandip Ssingh as he was handling everything, and they were told that Sandip would pay the ambulance bill.
Meanwhile, reports on the Internet state that Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister Meetu Singh has been summoned by the CBI. According to a report in CNN News 18, Meetu, who resides in Mumbai will be questioned on Monday.
