MUMBAI: Since the report of AIIMS was out, there has been disappointment among netizens and the family, as it ruled out homicide and declared the case as a clear suicide.
As per Republic TV, the family is disappointed with the report and is demanding a second opinion. The family lawyer Vikas Singh has said that he regrets not recording the conversation he had with AIIMS head Sudhir Gupta.
He said that when the Sushant tragedy happened and he got the FIR registered, Gupta rang him up. He said he is not interested in any help but only interested in the truth. He then sent the photographs to him which SSR's sister Meetu had taken.
And as soon as he saw the photos, his immediate, spontaneous reaction was that if this photo is genuine, then the line he sees on Sushant's neck is a 200% death by strangulation.

He added that this kind of mark is not possible with the cloth the actor is supposed to have used while hanging.
The lawyer also said to the channel that he regrets not recording the phone calls of Dr Gupta where he talked about the death by strangulation, and he is sure that when this goes for further examination, his lies will be exposed.
Vikas further states that he has requested the CBI to question AIIMS head Dr Sudhir Gupta and examine who has spoken to him and led to this u-turn. He mentioned that he will write to the medical council and move to court if necessary.
The investigation is still on, and we hope that the truth shall be out soon.
