MUMBAI: Sanjana Sanghi is all set for her Bollywood debut with the movie Dil Bechara co-starring the late Sushant Singh Rajput; movie premieres on OTT platform Disney+ Hotstar, on July 24, 2020. Sanjana in one of her recent Instagram posts mentioned of jetting off to Delhi, but everyone noticed the actress mentioning about bidding goodbye to Mumbai and it seemed the actress might not return to the city of dreams ever. Hence, the actress once again taking to her Instagram story clarified the confusion.

Posting the same picture again with the old text, she clarified of not leaving Mumbai forever but returning to the tinsel town once the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic eases out. She mentioned in her Instagram story of being stationed at her residence in Delhi since February and has continued staying back in the capital even during the lockdown.
Further in her Instagram story, she thanked the people for their concern. Sanjana's Instagram story which hinted of the newbie leaving Mumbai read, “Khuda Hafiz Mumbai,
4 mahine baad aapke darshan hue. Main chali Dilli vapis. Aapki sadke kuch alag si lagi, sunsaan thi, shayad mere dil mein ho dukh hai, mere nazariye ko badal rahe hain. Ya shayad filhaal aap bhi thode dukh mein hain. Milte hain? Jaldi. Ya shayad nahi.”
Sanjana also recorded her statement as per reports in IndiaTV on June 30, 2020, regarding Sushant Singh Rajput's death. During this interrogation, she also denied the claims surfaced on the internet about the late actor’s alleged sexual harassment.
