SRK’s 50th birthday gave us fans more reasons to rejoice, actually. Apart from the fact that the King of romance had reached a milestone, it was also the day he decided to hug and makeup with his friend-turned-foe-turned-friend Salman Khan.
The Khans are known for their public spat a couple of years ago, which separated the Karan and Arjun of Bollywood. With the two actors not talking with each other, it resulted in other actors having to choose camps (Team SRK or Team Sallu), which in a way hurt the BO success of the industry.
But all that’s in the past as the two seemed to have buried the hatchet. SRK tweeted this delightful picture of the two of them in a mock-strangle pose.

Imagine the grandeur of the flick that stars two of the biggest superstars of this generation. And when the fandom of both the stars unite, there would be mayhem at the theatres. WHOA!
Also, special points to SRK for using ‘Bhai’ to describe his contemporary. Brownie points to Sallu for being a throrough sport too! How. Cool. Is. That!
Let’s hope that this is the beginning of a lifelong friendship that also results in a movie soon. But before that, let’s hope that SRK promotes his movie on Bigg Boss 9.
