Ripudaman's belle Shivangi to make acting debut in Sony Pal's Hamari Sister Didi; Khushboo Purohit too roped in

Master Chef 3 winner Ripudaman Handa’s girlfriend Shivangi Verma had her first stint before the camera in the dance reality show on Star Plus, Nach Baliye 6. Now Shivangi will be seen exhibiting her acting skills for the first time, through Hamari Sister Didi. Yes, you heard it right!! Shivangi will make her acting debut with the show. She will play a confident and strong nurse in the hospital of Amrita, essayed by Pariva Pranati. The challenging aspect about Shivangi’s role will be that her character will have a prosthetic leg. Owing to her bad past, the girl would be in a dejected state. Also, noted dancer turned actress Khushboo Purohit will be seen in the show. She will essay yet another nurse’s character in the hospital. Contrary to the serious and mature character essayed by Shivangi, Khushboo’s will be a light-hearted one. She will play a cool chic, who has big dreams of marrying a rich doctor and leading a luxurious life, in spite of being a nurse. When contacted, Khushboo confirmed the news stating, “Yes, I will be seen in an important role in Sister Didi. However, I have not yet started shoot.” Shivangi too confirmed the news of her acting debut with this show, “Yes, I plan to take up lead roles in future.
