Anup Jalota's wife Medha passes away

In an unfortunate development, Bhajan Samrat Anup Jalota's wife Medha Jalota passed away yesterday night in USA. Medha who was battling severe health problems for a prolonged period had undergone a heart transplant(her second one) followed by a kidney transplant surgery. Medha however is believed to have died due to liver complications. Anup and Medha shared a beautiful love story. Both were earlier married to different individuals, Medha to filmmaker Shekhar Kapur and Anup to Sonali Rathod (now wife of Roop Kumar Rathod). During Medha's failing health, Anup used to be her constant companion by her bedside, boosting her morale and taking care of her like a loving husband. Many celebs took to Twitter to express their condolences. Former husband, Shekhar Kapur wrote, "Probably the bravest person I ever knew. Rest In Peace Medha. You showed that life can be lived and loved despite all odds." RIP Medha Jalota.
