Gorgeous Shivangi Joshi, who portrays the character of shy and simple Poonam, in &TV’s Begusarai, recently shot for a special drunken sequence in her show.
As per the story line, Poonam had got drunk and yelled in front of the entire family in anguish.
However, the girl received lot of applause and praises for the particular sequence.
Speaking about her experience Shivangi said, “This is the first time I got a chance to act drunk onscreen. I had a complete blast while shooting the scenes. I usually have to act very reserved and timid for the role, so this was definitely a refreshing change for me".
So, how did you prepare for it?
Shivangi quipped, “I didn’t do any particular homework for the scene, but had a previous experience, which helped me for this one. During the initial shoot of the show, when we went to Banaras, by mistake my mom and Sarrtaj (Gill) drank bhang. They were so high, that I and Vishal (Aditya Singh) had to manage them. Though we had to look after them, it was super funny for me to witness them in such a situation. No doubt it helped me to perform for my daily”.
