MUMBAI: While most of us consider 2020 unfortunate, actor Rushad Rana finds it lucky. He counts 2020 and 2021 as a blessing. From being part of popular TV show Anupamaa, to hosting Colors UK’s NRI Haadsa, to playing challenging roles in digital projects, Rushad considers himself in the best phase of his career.
In a chat with TellyChakkar, Rushad shared, ‘It is very rare to be part of projects which offer you to play varied roles. I am fortunate that amid pandemic I bagged Anupamaa and later signed Colors’ NRI Haadsa as a host, and received great response for my stint in web-series like Peshwar and Nail Polish.”
He continued, “Currently, I am shooting for Punch Beat season 2 and soon shall start my shoot for a film which I cannot talk about at the moment. 2021 is and will be hectic however I am happy to juggle between all the shows. I am happy to strike a balance between all the platforms. There are few other projects in the pipeline which are too early to talk about but by God’s grace I am getting a chance to showcase my versatility.”
The actor has been part of the entertainment industry over decades now he is still re-called for his role as Raghav in Hip Hip Hurray.
