MUMBAI: Zeenat Aman, a seasoned actress, started using Instagram when she first joined the social media platform and has since shared stories from both her personal and professional lives there. Despite having a busy work schedule ahead of her, Zeenat recently confessed that she had been bedridden for the past 10 days with a terrible virus. Regarding her job, Zeenat stated that she has been thrilled to see a majority of female directors this year.

Zeenat posted several pictures from various settings she worked on this year. The actress looked lovely in a picture of her eating a snack while sitting in a black dress with slit detailing. Another picture showed Zeenat being glammed up by her team of female stylists and cosmetics artists.
She captioned, “I’ve been bedridden with a horrible flu for the past 10 days, and now I have a manic week of work ahead! But before I dive into it, here’s a glimpse of what goes on behind the scenes.”
She further added, “My glam team takes me from aunty to Amazon; I do my homework; I hold my poses; I check Instagram; I drink lots of coffee; and I count the minutes until I can get back into my kaftan! On another note, the majority of my directors and DOPs this year have been women. And I’m still not over the joy of having so many phenomenal women running set. Take a bow, ladies. You do me proud.”

Zeenat Aman began her career as a model in the 1970s, and she soon appeared in movies like Yaadon Ki Baarat and Hare Rama Hare Krishna. Zeenat became a household name thanks to these flicks, which were tremendous hits. After that, Zeenat continued making hit films like Don, Roti Kapda Aur Makaan, and Laawaris.
