According to property registration records that Zapkey.com was able to get, the apartment, which occupies the building's ninth, tenth, and eleventh floors and has a carpet area of 9527 square feet, is valued at Rs 155 crore. One of the greatest deals per square foot in the area was achieved when the triplex was sold for Rs 1.62 lakh. The deal involved a stamp duty of Rs 9.3 crore in addition to a registration charge of Rs 30,000.
Several legal battles erupted around Dilip Kumar's Pali Hill home because the family claimed that a real estate company had falsified legal paperwork in order to seize ownership of the property. But in 2017, Saira Bano, Dilip's wife, said that they had reclaimed the bungalow's keys, bringing an end to their legal battle.
In 2021, Dilip Kumar passed away.
