MUMBAI: MasterChef India is one of the most-watched cooking reality shows on Indian television. The show first aired on StarPlus and later shifted to Sony TV.
Akshay Kumar, Kunal Kapur, and Ajay Chopra were the judges for the first season of MasterChef India on StarPlus. In addition to them, Vikas Khanna, Sanjeev Kapoor, Ranveer Brar, Zorawar Kalra, and Vineet Bhatia, among others have served as judges in MasterChef India - Hindi over the years.
This year the makers of the show launched the first season of Celebrity MasterChef where one would see celebrities showcasing their cooking skills on the show and would be judged on the show.
The new season of the show has premiered and the show has got a positive response from the audience.

The judges of the show are Chef Vikas Khanna, and Chef Ranveer Brar and the show is hosted by Farah Khan.
The confirmed contestant of the show are Gaurav Khanna, Tejasswi Prakash, Dipika Kakar, Rajiv Adatia, Nikki Tamboli, Archana Gautam, Faisal Shaikh, Usha Nadkarni, Abhijeet Sawant, Chandan Prabhakar, and Kabita Singh.
In yesterday’s episode, we saw how the contestants cooked under the guidance of Chef Kunal Kapur and used the special ingredient of liquid Nitrogen in their dish.
The judges revealed at the end only seven dishes would be tasted from today’s challenge and they chose Tejasswi, Kabita, Gaurav, Dipika, Chandan, Faizu and Abhijeet Sawant.
Four people’s dishes were not tasted by the judges as they didn’t fill the perimeters of the judges.
Rajiv, Niki, Usha and Archana’s dishes were not selected by the judges to taste.
On the show Rajiv felt that this was an unfair decision by the judges and that everyone’s dishes should be tasted as all have done hard work and that he is very hurt and upset with this twist.
Well, MasterChef has been a show with a lot of twists and turns that blows the minds of the contestants and the audiences.
