MUMBAI: As Celebrity MasterChef India edges closer to its nail-biting conclusion, the culinary contest is at boiling point, with anticipation building ahead of the much-awaited grand finale.
With the title of the very first Celebrity MasterChef India winner up for grabs, the pressure in the kitchen has reached new heights, as the remaining stars give it their all in a bid to claim the prestigious crown.
In yesterday’s gripping episode, the competition took an exciting twist as the contestants were challenged to cook alongside some of the country’s most renowned chefs, who made special appearances on the show.

The judges had raised the stakes by announcing that if one of the guest chefs outshone the contestants with their dish, a contestant would face elimination.
As the task drew to a close, it was Chef Gaurav Sharma’s creation that earned top honours. However, in a heartwarming gesture, he appealed to the judges to forgo the elimination, believing that each contestant had earned their place in the grand finale.
Ultimately, it was the dishes crafted by Nikki and Gaurav that were declared the best of the round, and thanks to their stellar performance, all remaining contestants were granted a spot in the final showdown.
And now, the moment of truth arrives in tonight’s highly anticipated finale, the winner of the very first Celebrity MasterChef India will finally be crowned.
