The going is easy for me in Do Dil as I have great co-stars - Mansi Srivastava

Mansi Srivastava
Mansi Srivastava, the lead of Zee TV’s new show Do Dil Bandhe Ek Dori Se is happy with the initial response that her FilmFarm India show has garnered. “We are getting good TRPs, and the public likes the grand-daughter and grand-father equation that exists between me and Alok Nathji.” Talking about her character, Mansi says, “Shivani doesn’t have parents but her grandfather (Alok Nath) has brought her up with lots of care and comfort. She is like a princess in a fairy tale who has not seen the outside world and its wicked ways. She is innocent and calls Raghu (Arhaan Behll) as the jaadugar as he gets her whatever she wants for, even before she asks for it.” “The big difference between Mansi and Shivani is that I am more practical and have seen the big bad world. But yes I am quite innocent like her as well.” Mansi who has earlier been part of the post leap story of Rab Se Sohna Ishq and Suvreen Guggal has no qualms that her previous Zee TV show did not last long post the leap phase. “One month was all that it lasted, but then it had run of a year. I am happy as my work was noticed and maybe because of my performance there, I was selected for Do Dil.” On the tough working schedules, Mansi says,“ I have signed up for it, so I am ready for the long haul. But till now I have not really found it tough. What has also made matters easy for me is that I have great co–stars who make working look like breeze.” Well said, Mansi!!!
