It was earlier seen that Anupamaa is juggling between Shah Parivar and Kapadia Parivar where she wants to maintain the balance between the family and live happily all together. Anuj informs Anupamaa about Choti Anu coming to live with them.
On the other hand, Kinjal is much impatient that she cannot carry on to this last phase of pregnancy. Kinjal feels much tensed where she cannot sit or sleep where she is much tensed if she fails to take care of the baby or if she will drop the baby down or else, she will end up sleeping on the baby.

In the upcoming track, Kinjal calls Anupamaa for help when she seeks her promise to take care of her baby. Anupamaa promises and here on her new journey begins to raise the new generation in Shah family and Kapadia family with Kinjal and Anuj's kids respectively.
