MUMBAI : Anupamaa is presently ruling our television screens. The show is doing exceptionally well and is topping the weekly BARC ratings. Rupali Ganguly plays the lead role while Gaurav Khanna plays the role of her husband Anuj. These days the track revolves around Anupama going to the US.

Since Anupama doesn't want to make a mistake in selecting the correct man for her daughter Mahi, it appears that she will learn about Mahi's affections for Prem and will thus attempt to understand what is going through his head.
Surprisingly, Anupama would save a girl from harm's way after noticing that her wallet has fallen off and spotting Prem and her picture.
Since Anupama has never heard Prem discuss his background, she would become perplexed and want to know the truth. According to rumors, the enigmatic female is actually Prem's sister, whom he had met on Bhai Dhoj.
Prem avoids his family and loved ones since he doesn't want to maintain any ties to his former life because of his father.
