It appears that the Shah family will celebrate Kinjal and Toshu's wedding anniversary at a farm house. The two have lost their love as a result of resentment that has crept into their relationship over time.
As they prepare a surprise for Toshu and Kinjal, children will soon take things into their own hands. Because they can no longer live together, Kinjal and Toshu's marriage is disintegrating.
Given that she is aware that Toshu and Kinjal's marriage is failing, Anupama will be seen crying. For the sake of their own happiness, Anupama urges Kinjal and Toshu to work out their issues and start over.
