MUMBAI: Anupamaa rules on the television screens. The show is performing extremely well. It is a remake of Star Jalsha's Bengali series Sreemoyee, produced by Rajan and Deepa Shahi under Director's Kut Productions. The show stars Gaurav Khanna, Madalsa Sharma, Sudhanshu Pandey, and Rupali Ganguly.

Dimpy falls and sustains serious injuries to her head after an intense argument between Dimpy and Aadhya. As Dimpy struggles to survive in the hospital, Asha Bhavan will be seen shocked.
When Titu finds out about Dimpy's health, he will have a major attack and get paralyzed. This marks the conclusion of Dimpy and Titu's part in the show.
In the show, Anupama will be seen caring for Ansh as if he were her own kid, and both Dimpy and Titu will die. On the other hand, Dolly targets Aadhya as a murderer and holds her responsible for Dimpy's death.
At this moment, the show will leap ahead by fifteen years, with each child growing up carrying their own burdens.
