MUMBAI: Anupamaa is presently ruling our television screens. The show is doing exceptionally well and is topping the weekly BARC ratings. Rupali Ganguly plays the lead role while Gaurav Khanna plays the role of her husband Anuj. These days the track revolves around Anupama going to the US.

It appears that Prem's wealthy parents will soon appear on the show. Prem despises his father because he has always pursued money above all else and has a strong desire for love and affection.
When Prem's father sees that his son is staying in Krishna Kunj and working as a regular cook in Anu Ki Rasoi, he will be shocked and will treat Prem disrespectfully for damaging his family's reputation in public.
He will also call Anupama Gold Digger for forcing Prem to dance on her finger tips; Anupama is unaware of the dynamics that Prem shares with his family and will suppress his rage.
Prem will intervene to stop his father, though, and insist that he leave him alone. When Anupama sees the anger in Prem's eyes, she will be shocked.
