MUMBAI: Anupamaa is presently ruling our television screens. The show is doing exceptionally well and is topping the weekly BARC ratings. Rupali Ganguly plays the lead role while Gaurav Khanna plays the role of her husband Anuj. These days the track revolves around Anupama going to the US.

It seems like Rahi is attempting to avoid Prem as she loves him and is not able to control her emotions. Things are about to get really serious as Prem’s sister Prathna will arrive to meet him in absence of Anupama.
When Rahi sees Prem clutching Prathna's hands, she becomes enraged because she cannot comprehend their bond and becomes angry with Prem. Rahi is stopped by Prem, who identifies Prathna as his younger sister.
Rahi is going to be astonished because Prem told her and the Shah family that he is an orphan with no family. Later on, Rahi will also learn that Prem comes from a wealthy family, but he is keeping this a secret since he doesn't want to stay in touch with his poisonous relatives.
Prathna will attempt to prevent Prem from ruining his life by being married to the wrong person because she is aware that Prem loves Rahi but is compelled to wed Mahi against his will.
