MUMBAI : Anupamaa is presently ruling our television screens. The show is doing exceptionally well and is topping the weekly BARC ratings. Rupali Ganguly plays the lead role while Gaurav Khanna plays the role of her husband Anuj. These days the track revolves around Anupama going to the US.

Anupama appears to return from Dwarka, see her family, and become joyful. In front of Rahi, she would disclose that she went to help a sick child named Bubbly at her orphanage.
Anupama disclosed that she chose to go to Dwarka and manage the problem, admit the child to the hospital, and pay all of her fees since she didn't want to put Rahi under undue pressure because she was preoccupied with her new job.
Anupama went above and beyond to help the children in the orphanage, which will surprise Rahi. The amount of drama that transpired behind Anupama's back in Krishna Kunj is unknown to her, and the family is afraid to tell her the reality.
Since she knows she ruined everything and now her goodwill is now in jeopardy, Rahi will begin to feel bad.
