MUMBAI : Anupamaa is presently ruling our television screens. The show is doing exceptionally well and is topping the weekly BARC ratings. Rupali Ganguly plays the lead role while Gaurav Khanna plays the role of her husband Anuj. These days the track revolves around Anupama going to the US.

It has been observed recently that Leela becomes enraged with Hasmuk because he looks after Inder's daughter but refuses to look after his own grandchildren.
She believes Anupama is to blame, though, and stays silent since she doesn't want to face their abuse once more.
When Leela informs Vanraj that they should return because they are of little help, the story takes an intriguing turn. Hasmuk is offended and ignores Leela just as she ignores him.
Despite her sympathy for them, Anupama remains silent. Instead of doing anything else, she chooses to visit the temple and perform the puja there.
We'll notice in the next episodes that Leela becomes envious of Anuj returning to Anupama's life. She curses Anupama for not wishing happiness for her.
