MUMBAI: Anupama is presently ruling our television screens. The show is doing extremely well and is topping the weekly BARC ratings. These days, the show's track is quite interesting as the narrative focuses on Anupama and Anuj's post-marriage life. While the Kapadia and the Shah families handle Adhik and Pakhi's love story, Anuj has come to know Barkha and Ankush's truth and finally, Anupama decides to break ties with the Shah family.

The doctors don't give a lot of hope to Anupama about Anuj's condition, making it clear that Anuj might not survive the operation.
Adhik goes to Ankush to talk about Anuj’s cremation. After hearing Adhik, Ankush gets angry and reminds him that Anuj is his younger brother and so he needs to mind his tongue.
Shockingly, Adhik doesn't show any emotion and acts very casual about the entire situation.
