MUMBAI: Zee TV’s upcoming show Main Hoon Saath Tere is set to take its viewers through the tumultuous journey of a single mother, Jhanvi, underlining the numerous sacrifices a mother has to make while doubling up as a parent. Based in Gwalior, Janvi lives with her son, Kian, who is the nucleus of her world but despite their strong bond, Kian experiences the void of a father’s presence more for his mother than himself. The plot thickens when Jhanvi crosses paths with an affluent businessman Aryaman and the two end up working under the same roof.

Jhanvi and Kian are celebrating Mother’s Day, but things don't go well as the ladies of society start to question Kian's illegitimacy.
Following the same, they will put forth a demand before Jhanvi that they will only let her celebrate the party if she reveals the name of Kian's real father.
The story will get intense as Pushkar brings some paper and announces that he will reveal the truth.
Aryaman came and snatched the paper from Pushkar’s hand.
Once again, Aryaman becomes the support for Jhanvi as he takes a strong stand for her mother's rights and defends Kian and Jhanvi.
