MUMBAI: There has been a lot of curiosity among fans about the wedding of Jennifer Lopez and her fiancé Alex Rodriguez.
The lovebirds got engaged last year in May and even Michelle and Barack Obama congratulated them!
Post this, several reports and speculations about where the two would get married had surfaced on social media. From Mexico to Aspen to the Vatican and even Miami, various portals and tabloids mentioned various locations where they would tie the knot. However, is any of it true?
Last year in March, even before the news of their engagement surfaced, reports of Alex and JLo's planned destination wedding in Mexico were doing the rounds. A source had informed that Jennifer Lopez wanted her wedding to coincide with her 50th birthday in July as she loves being the centre of attention. However, these reports were later denounced as false as they hadn’t even announced their engagement back then, so to think they were already planning their 'Big-day' didn’t seem plausible.
Later, reports of the duo planning their marriage in The Vatican surged up, which were again halted by a close source that claimed it being untrue as well.

A more recent report about their wedding location stated that JLo and Alex would marry on a mega-yacht off the coast of Miami. However, it looks like a more authentic source has once again squashed these rumours by stating it as FALSE.
As for the latest update on Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez’s wedding, Gossip Cop reports that their wedding has been paused for the time being due to COVID-19. In an interview with Access Hollywood, Jennifer Lopez had revealed their decision to put their wedding plans on hold. So no, they are not about to have a grand lavish wedding soon.
