The concept of blind date sounds interesting to some people, but many run away from it!

Because it's hard to imagine dating someone you have never met in your life...

So we asked our favourite TV celebs if they've ever been on a blind date our would dare to go on one...read on to know their views:

No, I have never been on any blind date, but I wouldn't mind one. It will be very exciting.

I don't personally believe in blind dates, it might be thrilling for some but I like to go on dates with people I know, who deserve my time and love.

What's wrong with blind dates? Most of the time, these are arranged by friends. So they know what kind of person will suit you. Yes, I have been on a blind date. And you never know, you might meet someone worth loving.

I don’t really believe in blind dates because it’s like an arranged marriage where you go and meet a total stranger for the purpose of a relationship. I don't think I can trust a complete stranger for a relationship but I am not completely rigid about it either. My cousins, who have gone on blind dates, have shared their experiences so it's not that bad. Sometimes, you can find a soul mate in a stranger. After all, our friends were also strangers to us before we met them.

The idea of blind date sounds more scary than exciting to me. Especially because of the kind of crimes happening all around, it’s better to date a known person and stay safe. I have never been on one and don’t even wish for it at all as I am committed to my work way too much to put myself in unsafe situation by going on blind dates.
