MUMBAI:Tejaswini arrives at the mandap as the bride, her face covered with a veil. Amruta questions this, pointing out that such a tradition doesn’t exist in their family. Sonali quickly lies, claiming it is their custom and invents an explanation. Meanwhile, Teju silently prays for Juhi to arrive before the wedding is completed, while Aditi and Prajakta anxiously wonder about Juhi’s whereabouts.

At the train station, Satish searches for Juhi but learns from the ticket collector that the train already departed. Mistaking someone for Juhi, he rushes over, only to be disappointed. He informs Omi over the phone that Juhi seems to have left and collapses from the stress. Back at the mandap, just as the priest announces the final rituals, Teju decides she can’t go through with the charade. She removes her veil and stops the wedding, leaving everyone shocked.
The Pradhan family demands answers, and Teju comes clean—Juhi ran away, and they had hoped to find her in time to switch places, but failed. Amruta confirms that what Prachi overheard was indeed true. Furious, Vinod and Bhushan accuse the Chavan family of deceit, but Omi insists it wasn’t intentional. When Bhushan declares the wedding is off, Omi begs him to reconsider to protect their reputation.
Lakshmi and the rest of the Chavan family urge them to marry Teju instead, praising her virtues. Jeetu pushes Omi and Vinod to agree, arguing that canceling the wedding will damage their standing even more. Vinod snaps back, questioning his logic.
Manjari and Jeetu then turn to Neil, asking for his opinion. Neil shocks everyone by agreeing to marry Teju. However, Teju refuses and walks away, saying she won’t marry him. Bhushan backs her decision, stating they don’t want her either and tells Neil to leave, but Neil stands his ground, declaring that no one is leaving and the wedding will happen.
